Welcome to the Stone House Homeowners Information Website. This site was originally created as a central resource for the Firewise USA program, providing Stone House property owners with a place to learn about the program and access materials developed by the Firewise Committee in support of our community’s efforts to achieve and maintain Firewise® Recognition.
The initial focus of the site is to offer easy access to educational resources on the Firewise USA program, along with documentation created throughout our journey to becoming a recognized Firewise community.
Looking ahead, the vision for this site is to expand into a comprehensive hub for all Stone House information. While it began with a single purpose, the site’s structure is designed to support a broader range of community needs. In the future, property owners will have access to a dedicated Property Owner Page featuring Homeowners Association (HOA) materials such as meeting minutes, financial documents, community announcements, invoices, CC&Rs, bylaws, and policies.
A Board of Directors page will also be developed to house sensitive materials used by the Board in managing the HOA.
